About Thyme & Bloom

We started Thyme & Bloom Catering in March 2022 with a clear focus on fresh, seasonal food and reliable service.

Not long after launching, we expanded into wholesale catering for Bendigo Heritage Attractions, supplying the Tram Café and supporting their functions.

That partnership sharpened our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality food at volume, while still keeping the detail and care that makes food memorable.

Today, we cater corporate and private events across Bendigo, and we’re preparing to relaunch our pre-packaged meals bringing fresh made, seasonal food into everyday life.
